• The Japanese have a great liking for fresh fish. But the near water in Japan did not hold so many fishes for decades.

• The fish were not fresh and the Japanese did not like the taste. To solve this problem, fishing companies installed the freezers on their boats.

• However, Japanese did not like taste of frozen fish. So, companies installed fish tanks. They put all fishes into the tanks. After some days, fishes looks like dead.

• Unfortunately, the Japanese could still the taste like different, cause of fish not moved, they lost their fresh fish taste. How did Japanese fishing companies solve this problem see below?

• To keep the fresh fish taste, the companies still put the fish in the tanks, but this time a new member add to the tank is small shark. The shark eats a few fish, but this time the fish constantly moving so they survive and arrives in a healthy state! They demanded for a higher price and are most sold.

Humans are also no different.
